You can delete your moodyreader account and all of your data at any time. Here’s how, and exactly what gets removed.
Delete it in the app (instant)
- Open moodyreader and go to Profile.
- Scroll to the Danger zone and tap Delete account.
- Type DELETE to confirm, then tap Permanently delete.
Your account and data are removed immediately, and you’re signed out.
Or request it by email
Prefer us to do it? Email [email protected] from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We’ll remove your account and confirm, typically within a few days.
What gets deleted
Everything tied to your account is permanently deleted:
- Your account and sign-in
- Your profile and reading preferences
- All shelves, books you’ve tracked, ratings and reviews
- Your reading history, goals, streaks and stats
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We don’t keep a backup of your account data after deletion. Anonymous, aggregate records that don’t identify you are not personal data and are unaffected.
